Shawn T. Brown is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience building businesses from the ground up. His journey began in the mortgage industry, where he launched Peerless Mortgage, a local brokerage in Lenexa, Kansas. Through vision, resilience, and strategic partnerships—including a notable collaboration with Kansas City Chiefs legend Eddie Kennison—Shawn grew his enterprise into a diversified financial powerhouse. This expansion included the formation of Eagle Nationwide Bank, a federally chartered institution, as well as complementary ventures such as Above & Beyond Title, Pious Appraisals, and Kennison & Brown: The Official Real Estate Company of The Kansas City Chiefs.

Shawn’s academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business and a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration. In the wake of personal loss during the 2008 recession—most notably, the passing of his father—Shawn transitioned into the financial services industry with a renewed sense of purpose. Guided by the belief that “the more you give, the more you receive,” he is committed to helping families prepare for both the expected and the unforeseen.
