My wife and I recently worked with Sean Rafique at Rosegate for our first home. Sean was literally the best person I have have ever worked with before in my entire life. He was beyond knowledgeable, attentive, kind, caring, patient and what I believe to be a financial genius. I called Sean on a Wednesday afternoon after finding a house to go look at and then later that SAME DAY he had me pre approved and ready to go with my realtor. He handled all the paperwork and made our transition from curious to purchase absolutely seamless. He answered literally all of my 1,000 questions, even after hours and on the weekends to assure we were on our best foot forward through the process. Sean was not just extremely professional, but also very relatable and personable. We spoke about my military service for the VA loan and after some stressful days on my end I even told Sean that I’ve been to war twice... and this mortgage stress is worse than that and I respect him for all he did for my wife and I. I feel I made a friend through this process and we were delighted to find a personalized cutting board sitting on our door step when we moved in from him.
