Hey there! I’m Alan Pun and I’m a Loan Pro with Rosegate in our Florida division. I live in the Central Florida area with my beautiful wife Ashley and our three wonderful children Scarlett, Everleigh, Statler, and our two golden doodles. Our faith and family always come first. We love traveling and creating awesome memories together. You can find us traveling around in our green 1974 VW Bus, appropriately named “Sweet Pea.”
My professional background is in public safety; I have been serving as a firefighter for the past 17 years. Throughout my career I have developed a passion along with the discipline of serving people, continuous learning & training, and physical fitness training to constantly be prepared to do my job well.
I have been involved in the real estate industry for over a decade; as a homeowner, investor, home renovator, and through my wife who has been a Realtor since 2014. We both have a passion for serving others and have been able to accomplish that by helping families achieve their dreams of homeownership.
I bring along all these traits, experiences, and more into the mortgage industry. I have been blessed to be a part of this incredible team that is focused on serving you!
