Bryce Bradley is the Co-Founder, President, & CEO of Rosegate Mortgage.
After graduating from Wofford College in 2015, Bryce launched his career with CNL Financial Group in Orlando, FL. Obtaining his Series 7 & Series 63 licenses, Bryce served as Associate Director for CNL’s Institutional Group, where he was responsible for raising capital for the firm’s private investment funds through the RIA (Registered Investment Advisor) channel.
In 2017, Bryce was recruited back home to Charlotte, NC to help launch a company focused on helping high school athletes get recruited by college coaches.
Bryce entered the mortgage business in 2018, joining Deephaven Mortgage as an Account Executive. In March of 2020, Bryce began laying the groundwork to launch Rosegate Mortgage in June of 2020.
Brad Bradley is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Rosegate Mortgage. Brad founded EquiFirst Corporation in 1990 and served as President and CEO until 2004. Equifirst grew to become a national wholesale lender, which he and his partner successfully sold to Top-10 commercial bank, Regions Financial in 1998. In 2005, Brad founded Senderra Funding and served as President and CEO until 2009, after being acquired by Goldman Sachs in 2007. In 2010, Brad co-founded Charlotte Capital Partners, a private equity firm in Charlotte. In June 2020, Brad co-founded Rosegate Mortgage with his partner.
Ben Maynor is the Sales Leader of Rosegate Mortgage. Ben was born and raised in Charlotte, NC, and still lives there, which you don’t hear about much anymore. Ben attended and graduated from Campbell University with MBA and undergraduate in Trust and Estate Planning. After working in the corporate world for a few years, Ben found his passion for helping people get homes through mortgage origination. Ben learned to utilize his education to make the best financial plan with customers’ homes to create wealth for generations to come. Ben Maynor is a 20+ year veteran of the mortgage industry. Ben got his start by originating in a small brokerage and was quickly promoted to Branch Manager. After seeing the success of the branch, Ben decided to start his own broker shop, JMB Mortgage, which he had from 2004-2009. In 2009, Ben moved to Newrez (formerly New Penn Financial) where he grew to be an Executive Sales Manager. Ben joined Rosegate in January of 2023 and is actively involved in growing the sales team and increasing production. Ben loves to see people grow and find success through positive coaching and constant support.
Nick Boardman is the Chief Financial Officer of Rosegate Mortgage. Nick was born and raised in Brentwood, TN. Growing up, his family was heavily involved in foster care and sports. Nick grew up playing competitive golf but loved all sports. Nick graduated from Samford University with a bachelor's and Master's in Accounting. Prior to joining Rosegate, Nick Boardman started his career in public accounting with Ernst and Young, primarily focusing on financial services clients. After leaving EY, Nick found his passion for real estate shown by his next three career stops: Movement Mortgage (mortgage), Newland Real Estate Group (land development), and Tri Pointe Homes (home building). The “Why?” behind Nick’s drive is simple – family.
Cameron Clark is the Head of Marketing at Rosegate Mortgage. Prior to Rosegate, Cameron attended The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she received her Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Advertising. While at Chapel Hill, Cameron joined the sorority Pi Beta Phi, interned at THE rAVe Agency, and volunteered with the Special Olympics. As a 2020 graduate, the job market looked uncertain for Cameron. She worked full-time as a social media coordinator at a family-owned security company until she stumbled upon Rosegate. Cameron has grown from an intern to Head of Marketing in the three years with the team. Cameron strives to create awareness of the Rosegate brand and help Loan Pros be successful through various marketing initiatives.
Joey Fleming is the Production Leader of Rosegate Mortgage. Joey’s career journey began in 2004 with Decision One Mortgage, starting in closing and progressing to an Account Manager role. After a brief hiatus from the mortgage industry in 2008, Joey returned in 2010 with Quicken Loans. At Quicken Loans, he led a loan set-up team and the lockdesk for 3.5 years before transitioning to an underwriting role, where he served as a leader for another 3.5 years. Joey made a move to AmeriSave, where he led a team of specialty underwriters and business analysts. In 2022, he seized the opportunity to join Rosegate Mortgage, initially in a sales role and swiftly transitioning to the role of Production Leader. Joey oversees a range of operations, from closings to leadership, contributing to the growth and success of Rosegate Mortgage.
Lilly Kolbenson is the Operations Leader of Rosegate Mortgage. Lilly was born and raised in Vermont, graduating with Cum Laude honors from Northern Vermont University. Following her college education, Lilly commenced her professional journey with Mecklenburg County's GIS department. However, she soon realized her passion for the mortgage industry and decided to make a career change. In 2021, Lilly became a valued member of the Rosegate team, initially joining as a processor. Demonstrating exceptional skills and leadership qualities, she swiftly ascended to the role of Team Lead in January 2022. Over the course of the year, Lilly successfully expanded her team from one to five members. Recognizing her outstanding contributions, Lilly was promoted to Operations Leader in March 2023. In her capacity as Operations Leader, Lilly prioritizes efficiency and delivers a white-glove service experience to all Rosegate clients.
Why we’re here is twofold. First and foremost, we’re here for people. Being able to help others realize their dreams is something worth waking up to every morning. We also strive to make the process of getting a mortgage as easy as possible, and we won’t settle for anything less.
One word to describe the professional personable experience I received, immaculate! Throughout the entire process, Stewart was knowledgeable, consistent, and responsive.
